Terms of Service

Visi Logistics provides freight forwarding and logistics services including but not limited to Land Transport, Air Freight, and Sea Freight. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to ship prohibited items as defined by Indonesian Law and International Regulations. Prohibited items include:

• Illegal drugs and narcotics
• Weapons and explosives (without proper permit)
• Stolen goods
• Items that violate copyright laws

Visi Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
